• Head Rock Steady, tilted slightly forward
• Eyes locked onto flight of ball
• Feet shoulder width apart, on the soles of the feet
• Hands slightly outside the line of the body, at waist hight
• Palms of the hands should be facing each other, with fingers facing the ground at and angle

Training is the number one thing that will improve your keeper, so ensure that you give them the attention that they require at your training sessions, and ensure that they are not standing between the sticks waiting for something to happen.
